Delivery
We make every effort to post your items within 24 hours usually same day, but during busy times please allow 3-5 working days - please note this is not applicable at weekends or on public holidays, we can use 1st class or Special Delivery for postage and we use Royal Mail. Cost of postage includes all packaging materials and postage. PLEASE NOTE: Jewellery is sent 1st class with a proof of postage, if you want guaranteed delivery please use special delivery.

 



All items are from stock, if in the unlikely event the item is out of stock, we will contact you via email or telephone to give you the option to choose another item or if you prefer issue a refund by paypal or send a business cheque.

Lost items
Please contact us if you have not received you order within 7 working days and well will take this up with royal mail.

Credit Card policy
With Paypal you don't have to be a member to use them, you can use your credit card and sign in as a guest however if you don't want to use paypal we will be happy to take a phone order and you can pay over the telephone by using your credit (Mastercard or Visa) or debit card, please call 07982 810560, UK orders only.

7 Day Goodwill Returns Policy
At Oh How Lovely we want you to be 100% happy with your order however if for any reason you are not, please contact us on 07982 810560 or info@ohhowlovely.co.uk saying why within 7 days of receipt of your parcel and we will be happy to offer a replacement, refund or issue you a voucher to be used at another time.

Here at Oh How Lovely we take our quality very seriously and so if there is an issue we will take it up with our manufacturers, please return faulty items with all packaging within 7 working days for a full refund or issue you with a credit voucher. If the items are faulty we will pay the return postage.

All returns must but be with all packaging in an unworn condition, we are sorry but earrings and jewellery sets containing earrings are non refundable due to health and hygiene regulations.

When returning goods, please included the following information:

Your name, address and telephone number.
List of items returned and reason for returning.

Please note that customers wishing to return non-faulty items for exchange or refund must do so at their own cost. The original post and packing costs will also not be refunded under these circumstances.

We strongly recommend all goods are returned by Royal Mail signed for service or Special Delivery as Oh How Lovely cannot be held responsible for goods until they arrive at our premises and unsuitable items are returned to us at your cost, the above services will insure you for the value of your goods and will also allow you to track your order in the unlikely event that a parcel goes astray.

Cancellation Period
Oh How Lovely abides by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, which gives you the right to cancel your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. Notification must be received in writing within 7 days from the day you received your order.

If written notice of cancellation is received prior to your order being despatched, you will be refunded in full via the method you paid.

If you have already received your order, all goods must be returned to us if you wish to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. Once received and checked, the purchase price will be refunded immediately via the method you paid.

Please note that unless an item is faulty, customers will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, consumers are under a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. Consumers must also take reasonable care to ensure that goods are returned to the seller and that they are not damaged in transit.

Free Gifts
Oh How Lovely may offer free gift promotions. Under the terms of the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002, free gifts linked to the purchase of a particular product or a specified value form part of that purchase contract. In the event that you wish to return that purchase, then the free gift and gift bag must be returned to us at the same time.
